There's a certain kind of object that gets passed between hands a hundred times a day without anyone really noticing — until it's not there. The dummy clip is like that. Quietly essential in the first months, always somewhere nearby, always needed.

This one is crocheted from mercerised OEKO-Tex certified cotton — a yarn that's been treated to bring out a natural sheen, which is why it catches the light the way it does. Soft against small chests and curious hands, with enough structure to hold its shape wash after wash. At around 20 cm, there's enough length to reach without pulling. The clip is natural wood — smooth, untreated, the kind of thing a baby will inevitably mouth, and doesn't need to worry about.

It comes in a palette of quiet tones — navy, slate, dusty mauve, soft lilac, cream. Some people choose one; some choose two.
